Yesterday i wrote on the probable solution to expedite judicial processes in Indian judiciary system.Straight simple solution seems to be hire x number of judges and create y number of mobile courts and rest will be history.
Is it this simple? No. This just cannot be done.Nobody agrees that even showing a civilization of 5000 years, and a mainly democratic society for I don't know how long India still remains an uncivilized society.I am not saying it for everyone as this land has produced some of the great personalities but this still holds true for majority of population. We still are one of the most corrupt societies with absolutely no sense of morality and righteous objectives. These hired judges will not expedite justice but indeed will sell it to the highest bidder.Even the judges in current system are no exceptions and it seems barring Supreme court every other court in the country is more or less corrupt. So hats off to the indian administrators for designing a system where even corrupt folks may not get an easy bye in.So what should be the solution of this problem?
Corruption is not a one day (its ancient REF : abhigyanshakuntalam) or one nation thing so i disagree to the blame u put on our societies.
